Paid for two weeks parking but had to exit within 2 hours in order to deal with domestic emergency.
Was informed by sky park that it was not possible to return within the original period despite being informed by the exit operative that this was acceptable.
Stonewalled by Skypark who referred me to the Stansted mid stay car park system.
Very unhelpful!!!
