So, "SkyParkSecure" lulls you into believing that you'll be leaving your car in a "secure" car park. When we arrived, we thought we were in the wrong place. We were directed to park anywhere on floor 6 of a multi storey, insecure car park in one of the roughest areas of Birmingham (technically Solihull) that there is, Chelmsley Wood Shopping Centre. After parking, we thought perhaps someone would take the car away to the "secure" element of the business..... No, we were to just leave it there, causing panic and anxiety about whether it would still be there when we got back. Luckily it was, but there's no security, no cameras, no barriers and no lighting between certain times... Just a dilapidated old council car park in a crime ridden area. No wonder it was cheap. We were however, picked up and dropped off efficiently but I'll never use this company again. They've simply block booked spaces in a car park that incidentally only costs £3.75 a day if you turn up yourself without booking through them. This is a shocking way to exploit people.
