I was conned and pressured into paying £20 in cash to the transfer driver on 25/03/24. My partner and I changed flight meaning the parking would be an extra 12 hours, we phoned before departure and was told not to worry and it would be fine with no fees. How different it was when we get to my car, the driver blocked my car in and demanded £20 in cash for the delay. I explained the person we spoke to the previous day said there would be no charge. He got aggressive and demanded £20. I said I would not pay without a receipt or an email but he continued to get aggressive. I paid cause I was tired and my partner felt sick after the flight but I shouldn't of paid! I have had no receipt so as far as I'm concerned it's gone into drivers pocket and I am concerned how many people he is doing this to. Absolutely disgusting customer service, they employ people who are blackmailing customers in an aggressive manner. Still had no receipt and £20 in cash gone. I would expect this aggressive conning tactic in a third world country and not after returning to the UK Disgusting customer service treatment to say the least. SPS-1-6259449 - booking reference.
