Well what can I say! This has by far been the best customer service I have ever received! Chris went above and beyond for us, with less than 72 hours until we flew and being given some terribly incorrect information from our travel company, we called skyway and Chris got our pre flight tests sent for the very next morning. We done our tests but hadn’t received our certificates yet and we were at the port ready to board our cruise when Chris again went above and beyond to get our certification sent to us immediately. He was again, a third time, so helpful helping us sort our day two tests and PLF when we were half way through our cruise and only then told we needed one! Chris, myself and my partner are so grateful for everything you have done, you made a really stressful situation much better for us, thank you.
