Excellent Customer Care. It has been a long time since I've experienced immediate prompt, professional help through the Customer Service email. Actually communicating with an actual person, as opposed to a bot or "FAQ". Chris was amazing and immediately amended my dates without any fuss. I have already recommended this company to friends. The ordering was simple and straight forward. I initially chose the Boots product but was put off with having to set up an account and the website stated that details couldn't be chanded after being submitted and that was before I was able to view the application.
