I have major vision problems and the instructions in the test kit are written in a ridiculously small font, so illegible to me. The e-mail address for help took over 24 hours to respond by which time I had solved the difficulties by asking a neighbour for help. Attempts at scanning the QR code on the large instruction sheet took me to Tik Tok something I do not subscribe to and have no wish to try. I found that I could simply log on to my account at Skyways.com without using the QR code, but the instructions made no mention of that option so it took me several hours of struggling with the code unnecessarily.
