Delivery of tests was prompt and instructions easy to follow, however on both occasions when using the video app, it would not let me upload the photographs. This seems to be a glitch in the app. Also - a 15-minute timer sets off but if your screen goes to sleep, so does the timer, so you need to keep the screen active for 15 minutes which is inconvenient then at the end of the 15 minutes, app fails so you cant upload the picture. Both times I emailed the company and they got back to me immediately and allowed me to email the pictures so everything worked out but the app could function better.
