Reason for my contact with Sam…….I was confused by on line guidance documentation under PCR testing heading. The e.g guidance provided for PCR testing on line is guidance for Lateral flow testing. This is very confusing! Guidance for PCR needs to be relevant to taking a PCR test and should include same e.g. of information as sent as hard copy with package through post. As a newcomer to this process I would have found whole experience less stressful if documentation had matched. I could not find a telephone no to discuss my concerns on line. This was frustrating too as whole concern could have been sorted more immediately and problem solved. However Sam was great as replying to my concerns were resolved.
