App froze whilst trying to complete step by step process of test, lost video, couldn’t submit video so tried again however, guessing they did end up getting the video after none the less it worked out and got certificate within minutes. Same thing happened to another member of family in another location.
App freezing is a big issue and needs to be sorted otherwise very smooth process and quick issuance of certificate.
