OK I left the last review but I think the problem is with the app. I uploaded mine instead (my wife used the app which froze) and worked fine and got my result within a few minutes. Fair play to Skyway customer support who got back to me within the hour and resolved the issue. Problems happen but Skyway have resolved them quickly.
