Overall the process and communication were good. Unfortunately, I couldn't find and download the app onto my phone, so was sent a link to upload my documentation. I had a bit of trouble when uploading my test video, test result photo and passport scan and was a bit panicked when I then got a failed test result! This wasn't because I had Covid. After an email from me with the relevant scan attached, I was sent a Fit-to-Fly Certificate very quickly, so in the end, it all was fine and the price is certainly very reasonable.
