Despite emailing twice and having made a frustrating telephone call when I was passed around with no end result I still have no conclusion to my issue or credit. I purchased 2 test kits for a trip to America and Sky testing were unable to give me an appointment within the timeframe of 8 days. My next action is to take to social media
