Not easy for a non computer person to use.
The instructions should say that the Teams app has to be downloaded before the test, this is not obvious until you start the testing….too late then as it can take an hour to download Teams depending on signal strength.
Also, when doing the test, uploading the photo of passport and test result is not so easy if one is a computer novice.
Again, guidance on doing this should be in the instructions.
Finally managed to get through it but it was nerve wracking!
