I'd booked a Fit to Fly test for travel to the US but just days before departure the US changed that requirement. I immediately contacted Skyway, to cancel the test & asked if there was any possibility of a refund. I was not optimistic as it was no fault of Skyway, but to my surprise & delight upon return of the test kits, I received a full refund. If only all companies could be as understanding as Skyway.
