Due to not sleeping well for quite a while, I decided to purchase some of the Sleep Earthed Pillow Cases. After a few week's I was still waking in the night but I did notice that even though I was waking I fell back to sleep much quicker and never felt tired the following morning. However, after washing them on one occasion I did not put them back on, I had the worst night sleep that night. The pillow cases definately now go back on every night. I was sceptical whether they did help you sleep and from my experience they certainly do.
