Awful company. I used to order from these regularly over the last few years with no problems. However I placed an order 2 weeks ago and was advised what account to make a bank transfer to. They first informed me they hadn’t received payment after I chased delivery after 10 days and made me send bank statements as prove it did. They then wanted a full statement to prove its hadn’t been returned. They then advised that their bank had closed there account and can’t prove I didn’t get a refund from the bank. They’ve now had my money two weeks and are now ignoring my calls and emails. Avoid these at all cost! They will keep your money and not send products and then ignore you. Looking at there previous responses they will probably lie and say it’s not their order but I can prove the email chains from admin from sleepingpillsuk.net. Still waiting for either product or refund now. I’m now going to report to my bank
