Buying Process was very simple and the bed and mattress are good quality however... Delivery process was a nightmare. We requested a Saturday delivery due to work commitments and we received a phone call confirmation saying a delivery slot on a Saturday. Only to receive a phone call the following day saying it will be a Wednesday early morning. Again we could accommodate a early morning delivery. Nothing had been delivered before 9am as promised. I chased them only to find out the delivery was due to be at 1pm that day. I spoke to 2 different people and the communication between them and myself was terrible. The bed itself was also missing 2 Headboard slots to fix the headboard to the bed. Good Quality poor service.
