The sales consultant was great, the store was clean as can be and employees greeted me upon entering, provided courtesy drink, etc. Completing purchase very easy and scheduling delivery was equally simple. The delivery, more so the installation was the hiccup, a pothole in the process. After turning the water off and on five times the installation was completed. Regrettably, after the driver and install crew left the hose-water supply to the washing machine was leaking, badly. I called the store, and spoke with consultant who was appropriately concerned. In the meantime, I reinstalled the water supply that was leaking and the leaking stopped. At this point, I noticed the installer did not turn on the hot water supply, just the cold. Room for improvement but so far pleased with Speed Queen washer & dryer.
