I needed a dishwasher. I had a good idea what I wanted. Walked in, talked with Greg right away. He pointed me in the right direction and gave me pro/cons about two models that were right. I picked a model, paid, drove a few blocks to pick it up and I had my new dishwasher in my truck in about 30min. Great experience.
The price matched everything I saw online too.
