I had always enjoyed working with Mike. When he left Slyman I worked with Chris once and he was good. He was unavailable when my microwave went out and I will taken care of by Trent. I did not feel that Trent was good at follow-up or keeping to the schedule he told me to expect. He placed the order and then just waited to see what would come. I originally talked to him on the 5th and he said it should be there on the 8th. It was actually a full week later - after I bugged him about it. Maybe he is new to Slyman and just needs some coaching.
