Michael called me to inform me that the machine I ordered was incorrectly listed as immediately available on their website. To remedy this, he offered (without prompt) to upgrade me to a better unit free of cost so that I could take delivery when I originally intended. Buying local matters when companies care about their customers. Will be buying again!
