The process of purchasing our 2 items from Slyman was great. from start. We purchased a GE Cafe Refridgerator and Broan stove vent hood. We are remodeling our kitchen after 30 years and needed to update a few appliances. The experience was pretty simple and straight forward working with Matt Gore office manager. The only concern I had was that when they delivered the fridge they did not take the doors off when moving it in to our mostly reconstructed kitchen. The 2 delivery men brought in using staps which was fine and a standard practice. I have a kitchen hallway that was difficult to manuvere with the doors on. Since they left the doors on they got stuck in the turn of the hallway and had to wiggle their way out and into the kitchen to install. Overall no harm was done. One suggestion I do have for MAtt G, the manager would be to be open to having good working replacement appliances be delivered to Habitat for Humanities if requested by the customer. I know they have a business they work with to refurbish them but that would be a possitive alliance for Slyman and Habitat for Humanity. If it was not snowing that night I would have left it out for Habitat to pick up. Something to consider Bobby and Matt?. We love the refridgerator it works well into our new remodeled layout, Thanks again Slyman Bros.
