I went to purchase a replacement 2.2 cu ft Kitchenaid microwave cabinet with trim kit at the Ballwin store on February 3. Greg Gibson was able to find the Kitchenaid microwave and trim kit as newer model required a new trim kit and both items were in stock. We did discuss other brands but the cabinet was built for Kitchenaid 2.2 cu ft microwave plus not every brand had a trim kit. He quoted a price for the delivery/install/haul-away and then placed the order with install for the latter part of week of February 5 or following week. The store is very well-organized as I walked around to look at the other appliances. Great service from a family-owned business!
