Josh at Slyman was very helpful and timely; he was able to determine the part I was looking for was what I needed and ordered it quickly; he was also able to determine they had it in stock at their warehouse so it could be picked up that same day. He shared directions to the warehouse and an email receipt was in my inbox within a minute or two. Very helpful.
