I purchased a washer and dryer from Slyman Bros and was extremely pleased. The dryer exhaust pipe came loose when moving the dryer out to clean it. Although it was out of warranty, the manager of the store was so accommodating and truly believes in customer satisfaction! For an adjusted service call fee, he had an installer come out and replace the original pipe with a sturdier one and I am again a very happy camper with Slyman Bros.
