Excellent response when the on-line payment system went down. Price was even better than the box stores and had a warehouse for self pick-up (even delivery fees were cheaper, if I had to get delievery). Was able to get my order placed in enough time to get to the warehouse and pick up before closing time. Very pleasant conversation with Michael B and the guy in the warehouse (sorry, forgot your name). Excellent service, gonna use them for our future appliance needs.
