I have been a customer for nearly 7 years. Every time I walk in, I am welcomed and treated with respect and courtesy. Their products may be the same as everyone else but their knowledge and service are far superior than anyone I have ever dealt with. They are the only ones I will ever do my appliance business with. My most revist with Mary Beth was extremely helpful when she gave me recommendations for kitchen designers/contractors. I can't stress how important things like that really make you trust and admire the company.
