I called Slyman Bros from the parking lot of a big box hardware store. I had gone there with my two young children with the hope of purchasing a microwave same day and being able to see some in stock. After walking from the back to the front of the store to ask for help, no one ever arrived. I called Slyman and spoke with Nathan. I gave him the model number for the microwave I wanted to purchase. He found it, sent me an invoice and had it ready for pickup within 20 minutes. Three gentleman at the warehouse greeted me and efficiently loaded the microwave into my car. All I had to do was sign a piece of paper. It was so refreshing to be greeted with such wonderful service. Kudos to you, Slyman Bros!
