For sales…Everything went great, no complaints. My only complaint is on delivery. We said we needed the delivery to be anytime after 1:30 pm. Yet it was scheduled for 7am to 10:30 am. I understand your delivery service is a separate division from your sales department, but I don’t understand why you can’t be more accommodating to the requests of your customers. Other business offer am or pm delivery or service. It’s just a shame a person can spend $1,000 or so more on an appliance, getting to pick and choose a model and options, but has no choice when their purchase will be delivered. Yes, I understand you can call and try and reschedule, but why can’t you just do this to start with? Do realize folks have jobs, and many need to take time off to be there for a delivery. On a positive note, the delivery team did show up in the time window they gave, were friendly, courteous, and did the installation quickly.
