I purchased the GE Profile all in one wash/dryer. My sales rep Lance was familiar with the unit and able to answer all my questions. Delivery was fantastic - in 2 days and the delivery guys were absolutely FANTASTIC. Getting it into my basement was a small feat and they indeed earned their pay that day!!!! I did my first load of sheets and towels this morning and am thrilled how well it went! So far so good, I think I'll be continually happy with the machine. But I also know if I have any issues I can call Lance as that's what he told me. Slyman is definitely customer focused! This is my first purchase with Slyman and I can't say enough on how great experience it was!
