Been a long time (1973!) Slyman Brothers customer due to customer service, price and variety of appliances. Lance Stites helped me the past few purchases, and he does an outstanding job in helping select the appropriate model appliance, and getting it installed as quickly and efficiently as possible. I bought a dishwasher from Lance yesterday morning, and before 9:00 am this morning it was fully installed and running. Again, continued great service from Slyman Brothers! Jim S
