Easy order online. Was a little frustrated with delivery between 7-11 and then see the route change and not get here until around noon. They did call around 11 to let me know it would be closer to noon. Delivery guys were professional and nice. They started the washer to make sure there were no leaks and told me to let it run through a cycle empty. I went down to find water all over the floor maybe 15 minutes later. Called the number from the delivery guy. He turned around and headed back right away. Found it was backing up in the drain pipe and said they see this happen due to maybe a stronger pump or more water from the new machine. Was impressed with his quick response to come back.
