Our experience was great! We went in having done our homework, so we knew the features in a washing machine that we wanted. Greg Gibson answered our questions knowledgeably. The buying experience was quick, easy, and pleasant. Slyman's selection was good. We have been told they employ their own delivery and set-up people. Experience with a big box store has taught us that is important.
