Always friendly. After you've been to the big box stores you can tell the difference in going to a dedicated appliance store, especially locally owned. The people helping you are former installers and people who have been watching, servicing and paying attention to what appliances are going to work. After doing a lot of research, I've learned that nobody really knows everything, but Slyman Bros knows a lot and they do want to get people what they want if they possibly can. Pricing has been, for me in several purchases, similar or less than any big box store. Where a big box store might have a sale, they'll get you with a costlier or more delayed installation. I'd rather have somebody to call on. You pay a lot of money and bring these massive appliances into your house, they need to be smart purchases and not throwaway ones.
