I remain loyal to them after having a Christmas refrigerator disaster where they kindly loaned me a fridge while my new one was on order for a January delivery. I just wish I could figure out the delivery routine...was notified at 3:00 the day before, my delivery was scheduled for 7:00 to 9:45 am. So I was up and ready (way earlier than normal) only to check that morning and see I was now 11:42 to 3:42. I do appreciate the tracking available during the deliveries to see where I am on the route, so I don't have to be home all day. And Slyman delivers very quickly, if your item is in stock.
