Very informative and knowledgeable, took the time to listen to me and understand what I was wanting/looking for. Showed me the different options the models came in. I never mentioned a price range, Mike worked off what I was looking at and showed me other brands with the same features and in the same price range. He didn’t suggest one brand over the other, the decision was mine. Very informative and no pressure.
