Sales people, especially Jodi, were very pleasant and helpful. Delivery and installation were very close to the promised time. Michael and Mike were quick, efficient, and strong (and very nice). Communication could have been a bit better, but all worked out well. I'm a bit surprised that there are very few models of freezers that are small enough fit through doorways.
