Went to the store to purchase a replacement microwave. Salesman Mike Orlando made this easier a combo meal. He has knowledge on the appliance and was able to articulate the differences in the various options from which I had to choose Couple that with the new showroom and it was a pleasant experience. Better than purchasing online
