I ordered a jacket one month ago, it seemed to be stuck in the transport line somewhere so i send message to snowleader about this. They've ignored all my mails, messages on their site, instagram and facebook. I asked for a refund of course but till today the only message i receive is something like; once the item it back in our warehouse it will take 14 days for us to process it and to refund the money. Very very concerning and seems like I got scammed
