We had such a good experience with sofa assist this morning. After waiting 3 months for our sofa, the delivery turns up and one part of the sofa didn't fit into our living room door. We were so upset, but after a quick search we found Frank at Sofa Assist. We emailed him, and after a quick facetime to show him the problem we scheduled him to come 2 days later. Well, we now have a complete sofa in our living room thanks to Frank, after being told it couldn't be done, he did the impossible! Frank and his son worked expertly, dismantling the sofa frame enough to get it through the door and then reassembling it in the living room, looking at it now, you wouldn't even know it had been touched! When we do eventually move out, we'll know who to call to get our sofa out of the living room! Thank you Frank!
