My daughter purchased a dress unfit for wearing due to the crystal falling off during transit. She has reached out several times and each time told " all complaints and refund emails need to go via info@sorelleuk.com", which is the same email adress that shes been emailing for the past 4 days. The customer service you provide is a absolutley appauling. I am now reaching out to trading standards and Ombudsman as you clearly take peoples money and sell faulty goods that you refuse to refund. Still no refund
