The customer service from the company is very disappointing. My ottoman bed was delivered in good time but once assembled, the gas lifting mechanism is way too stiff to operate easily . I’ve left many voice messages on the main customer service number and WhatsApp messaging . Nothing received back . That’s such a shame as the actual bed was well made . The customer service and any year guarantee is non existent. On that basis alone , please avoid the company.
