I received good customer service from the company. I left messages twice and on both occasions they got in touch the same day. I was also sent a new pair of pistons free of charge when i mistakenly ordered the stronger ones and was unable to close the bed. It now opens easily. I ordered the deeper storage and there is a large amount of space although I had not realised quite how big the bed would look in the room. My fault as the size was given. I am happy with the bed and the company.
