Everything is wrong with this company. Allowing sewage in the water. Just been on hold for an hour to report that my mum needs to be on vulnerable list as she has Alzheimer’s except I can’t get through so have had to hang up. From what I understand Southern Water have one of the worst reputations for water companies in the country and unfortunately there is nothing we can do as we cannot change provider. The government should be able to step in and do something about this. We deserve clean water and cleaner seas.
