I love to read what happening on South Ormsby Estate. I feel that everyone is passionate about what they're doing whether its the distillery making those beautiful Gins or it's the work rearing those beautiful Lincoln Red cattle. From the milk they are now producing to make cheese and then from there to make their own soaps both of which I have yet to sample. I've been on a guided walk with Peter around part of the estate very interesting and he was very knowledgeable. Stopped and tasted one of your delicious beef rolls with a cup of tea... yum yum 😋 I can't wait to get out on the Estate again to enjoy one of the lovely walks and try the recently built walkers hut. Great news to hear that South Ornsby Estate will very soon be accredited with being an organic farm. Keep up your wonderful work I'm lucky to have you within a short distance of where I live.
