The company is unethical, they know they have a virtual monopoly, so they don’t care about customer satisfaction. When you return your equipment, return it to a Spectrum office, get a detailed receipt, and verify that the receipt is correct (e.g. serial number of the device). Don't give it to UPS, UPS is great but Spectrum will pretend they never received it and bill you for it. DO NOT use auto-pay with Spectrum, if you have it, cancel it! Document every contact you have with them, or they will pretend you never called before. CSRs are super nice, mostly, but the company is corrupt.
