I purchased a very expensive brace from this company and it was too painful to use on an alternative shoulder. The box arrived without any instructions whatsoever. There were many pieces of Velcro and neither my husband or daughter could work out how to properly put it together. I contacted the company asking if I could return it and the reply from David was curt and simple. I could not return the item and should not attempt to do so. I would never purchase from a company with a no return or exchange policy. This brace sling was $300. It remains in the box unused. Julia chassay
