BUYER BEWARE The product may be top rate but the company falls abysmally short. I ordered my moon boot on 7 May 2023 for an ankle fracture but have yet to receive it. The website promises Australia-wide delivery within 4 - 5 business days but the boot is nowhere in sight. My repeated emails were finally met with a curt reply - my item had been shipped on 8 May 2023 and would take 5 business days to arrive - a restatement of what I already knew. I was also told, " if you [no] longer require the item simply send it back to us when it arrives". My immediate inquiry about a full refund has so far met with silence. The courier company, meanwhile, says to expect delivery between 17 and 22 May 2023, which is about TEN business days, not FIVE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE NSW. THEY DO NOT CARE TO ATTEND TO ANY SERVICE ISSUE YOU MAY EXPERIENCE. TRY OTHER CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY SELLERS.
