Do not purchase from Sports Braces, they have no genuine care or concern for their customers, as you'll also see from other reviews here. I requested a return and refund within a few days of purchasing an item which did not fit and they refused to accept a return for refund. Their terms and conditions in regards to returns are totally unreasonable, their only concern is getting your money and keeping it, regardless of the customers satisfaction or concern. Regardless of the Terms and Conditions, it is extremely unreasonable that they would not accept the return of an item, that in nature, may not be suitable or a proper fit for all. This shows that the company has no genuine concern for their customer care or satisfaction. The fact that Sports Braces terms state "sizing error" and "not suitable" as reasons for not accepting a return, proves that they are aware that their products will not be right for some customers, but that Sports Braces are still not willing to ensure that the customer has the right product for their needs or that they are happy with their purchase. They stated that the "Terms and Conditions do not permit a return for refund", however this is incorrect since the Terms and Conditions state that "5.4 Any refunds (at the sellers discretion) will be refunded", therefore they are proactively choosing not to accept the refund, which considering the still new condition of the item, the reason for return and return within 7 days of receiving, is again extremely unreasonable and poor business conduct. After explaining the above to Sports Braces, they stopped responding.
