I've used this site a few times before with mixed feelings, having purchased boots and jackets, due to my fault the sizes were incorrect and I ended up being out of pocket paying for the delivery after having returned them, due to no stock in the required size.
Felt a bit hard done by, twice.
Still, I have been tempted to return by the competitiveness of one or two of my preferred brands.
As for the above, I now make the effort to get to a store and try it on first and or stick to safe items I know.
